Talent Accelerator
Talent Accelerator is a De La Warr Pavilion programme that supports young people (aged 5 to 25) into creative careers in East Sussex: raising understanding of the range of jobs available, developing high quality work experience and expanding what creative businesses and cultural organisations can offer. A published report has declared it a “considerable success story”, including work experience and volunteer opportunities around the Turner Prize and two major Jobs and Apprenticeships Fairs.
