Why come to a network meeting?

Schools and teachers can find it hard to quickly find relevant information on new cultural opportunities and events. We scour the cultural landscape and bring education opportunities to the meetings, introducing teachers to the individuals leading projects.

Ideas for the classroom

We present new ideas to support classroom creative practice, with art practitioners at each network meeting suggesting new ways of taking culture into the classroom.

Working as a team

We offer networking opportunities between teachers, artists and cultural organisations: knowing the relevant individuals in the local arts and education landscape means we can confidently work with each other to develop projects. We also open up a wider pool of schools for cultural organisations to work with.

Support between peers

Teachers, cultural education leads and artists sharing ideas and experiences can be inspiring and supportive. We want to open up the debate, challenge, develop, enable and offer our young people the best cultural experiences we can give them.

Join the network

Signing up to the bulletin is how you join: one email a month, and you’re part of it.
